TM 9-2320-209-20-3-3 FRAME 2 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Using putty knife, clean flanges of plate (1) and automatic dump valve housing (2). WARNING Dry cleaning solvent is flammable. Do not use near an open flame. Keep a fire extinguisher nearby when solvent is used. Use only in well-ventilated places. Failure to do this may result in injury to personnel and damage to equipment. Using solvent, clean automatic dump valve housing (2) and all parts of automatic dump valve assembly (3). Check that float (4) can move up and down freely. Check that moving parts of automatic dump valve assembly (3) are not worn or damaged. Get new parts if needed. Put a coating of liquid gasket cement of flanges of automatic dump valve housing (2) and plate (1). Place gasket (5) on plate (1) and aline holes. Put plate (1) with gasket (5) to automatic dump valve housing (2) as noted. Using wrench, screw in and tighten eight screws (6). END OF TASK 18-193
