Push handbrake lever (1) all the way down (brake off). Using 7/16-inch wrench, hold nut (3). Using 1/2-inch wrench, loosen nut (4) one turn. Using 1/2-inch wrench, screw down nut (5) until nut (4) is tight against pin (6). Do step 1 again. END OF TASK 13-48
