NOTE If truck has overcenter locking type handbrake lever, do frame 1. If truck has ratchet and pawl type handbrake lever, go to frame 2. FRAME 1 1. Put handbrake lever (1) all the way down (brake off). 2. Turn cable adjusting knob (2) to left as shown until it stops. GO TO FRAME 2 13-43
