Put brackets (3 and 4) onto screws (2) and using 9/16-inch wrenches, screw on and tighten two nuts (5). Put spacer (6) into handbrake lever base (1). Put screw (7) through bracket (3), handbrake lever base (1), spacer (6), and bracket (4). Using 9/16-inch wrenches, screw on and tighten nut (8). TO FRAME 2 13-40
