Aline three screw holes in retaining strap (3) with three screw support (5). Put capscrew (6) and two capscrews (7) through and rear support. 3. Using 9/16-inch socket and hinged handle, hold two capscrews 9/16-inch wrench, screw on and tighten two locknuts (8). 4.
