Put capscrew (5) and two capscrews (6) through retaining strap and front support as shown. Using 9/16-inch socket and hinged handle, hoId two capscrews (6). Using 9/16-inch wrench, screw on and tighten two locknuts (7). Using 9/16-inch socket and hinged handle, hold capscrew (5). Using 9/16- inch wrench, screw on and tighten locknut (8). TO FRAME 5 13-200
