Set transfer shifting lever (2) down to LOW position to get 1/4-to-1/2-inch clearance from top of rear tunnel. This distance is measured at point (A) as shown. Using ruler, measure distance from top of transfer shifting lever (2) to top of crossbrace (3) as shown. Take rear tunnel (1) out of cab. Using ruler, set transfer shifting lever (2) to same distance from crossbrace (3) as it was in step 3. TO FRAME 5 9-11
