TM 9-2320-209-20-3-1 (3) Upper rear ground strap. FRAME 1 1. Put open end of ground strap (1) between washer (2) and engine (3). Put other end of ground strap over stud (4). 2. Using 9/16-inch wrench, tighten capscrew (5). 3. Using 9/16-inch wrench, screw on and tighten washer (6) and locknut (7). NOTE Follow-on Maintenance Action Required: Close hood and left side panel.
