Explosion could cause injury to personnel. Line up center hole and four slots in battery retainer (1) with five clamp bolts (2). Place battery retainer over batteries (3) and five clamp bolts (2). Screw five nuts (4) with lockwashers (5) on five clamp bolts (2). Using 9/16- inch wrench, evenly tighten nuts. TO FRAME 3 7-213
