TM 9-2320-209-20-3-1 FRAME 2 1. Put strap wrench (1) around pulley (2) as shown. Pull end of strap so that it is tight around pulley. 2. Using torque wrench, tighten locknut (3) to 40 to 50 pound-feet while holding pulley (2) with strap wrench (1). GO TO FRAME 3 7-7
