CLEANING WARNING Compressed air used for cleaning purposes will not exceed 30 PSI (207 kPa). Use only with protective equipment (goggles, face shield, gloves, etc.). Failure to comply may result in injury to personnel. Clean parts with fuel oil and dry with compressed air. END OF TASK INSPECTION-ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION CRITERIA 1. Inspect all parts for damage and excessive wear and replace as necessary. 2. Using a spring tester, check bypass spring (Figure 1, Item 3) load. At 1.02 inches (25.09 mm), minimum compression load must be 13.5 pounds (6.12 Kg). Replace as necessary. END OF TASK ASSEMBLY Install bypass valve (Figure 1, Item 4), spring (Figure 1, Item 3), retainer (Figure 1, Item 2), and screw (Figure 1, Item 1) in adapter (Figure 1, Item 5). Tighten screw securely. END OF TASK FOLLOW ON TASK 1. Install oil filter adaptor (models 5063-5393 and 5063-539L) (WP 0019). 2. Install oil filter adaptor (model 5063-5392) (WP 0018). 3.
