INSTALLATION 1. If removed, install clip (Figure 1, Item 7) on tube assembly (Figure 1, Item 2). Loosely install tube assembly in adaptor (Figure 1, Item 3). NOTE Bolt (Figure 1, Item 6) may already be installed, in right side of flywheel housing, to accommodate the torque sequence when installing the flywheel housing to the cylinder block. Remove as required for clip installation. 2. Install flat washer (Figure 1, Item 4), new lockwasher (Figure 1, Item 5), and bolt (Figure 1, Item 6) through clip (Figure 1, Item 7). Torque bolt to 30–35 lb-ft (41–47 N·m). 3. Tighten connection at adaptor (Figure 1, Item 3) and tube assembly (Figure 1, Item 2). 4.
