To remove ground sleeve diaphragm assembly. To compress and hold low, reverse, and intermediate clutch package during installation and removal, and compress reverse clutch pack to remove or install holding pins. To lift high-range clutch package and converter drive cover; used with strap 4910-572-8608. To position front and rear oil pumps, and front and rear pitot tubes and diaphragm. To install front oil pump seal, install high clutch housing bushing, install output bearing and seal, install converter drive cover bushing and output shaft bushing; used with replacers 5120-572-8660, 5120- .572 -8658, 5120-572-8615, 5120- 572-8656, and 5120-759-5415. To hold stator freewheel rollers and springs in place to assemble race. To check transmission oil pressures. To install and remove clutch piston return spring retaining ring. To install turbine shaft snap rings. To remove output seal. To install front oil pump seal: used with handle .5120 -316-9182. To install high clutch housing bushing: used with handle 5120- 310-9182. TO install output bearing and oil seal; used with handle ,5120-316-9182. To install converter drive cover bushing: used with handle .5120 - 316-9182. To install output shaft bushing: used with handle .5120 -316-9182. To lift transmission and to mount transmission in stand. To hold and position transmission for teardown and build up. T O remove or install converter drive cover. and check mounting space; used with lifting eye 4910-673- 3801. 3-3
