10. If fuel flow rates are not within limits, adjust flow. Turn adjusting screw (Figure 5, Item 22) to right to increase and to left to decrease. Adjust high heat flow first, then low heat flow. 11. After fuel flow is adjusted within limits, seal adjusting screw (Figure 5, Item 22) with insulating varnish. 12. If fuel flow cannot be adjusted within limits, replace fuel control valve (Figure 5, Item 15). Figure 5. Fuel Control Valve Flow Test (Continued). LEAK TEST 1. Repeat high heat fuel flow test. Disconnect both solenoid leads (Figure 6, Item 17) and (Figure 6, Item 21) from 24 volts DC power source (Figure 6, Item 20). 2. One or two drops of fuel may form after solenoid leads are disconnected from power source. Further leakage is not acceptable. 3. Replace fuel control valve (Figure 6, Item 15) that leaks.
