TM 9-2350-277-20-6 COMMON TOOLS AND SUPPLEMENTS AND SPECIAL TOOLS/FIXTURES LIST 0926 00 INTRODUCTION Scope This work package lists all common tools, supplements and special tools/fixtures needed to maintain the M113A3, M577A3, M1059A3, M1064A3, M1068A3, and chassis portions of the M58 carriers. M1064A3 common and special tools for the 120-mm (4.7 inch) M285 mortar, mortar mounts, and turntables are listed in TM 9-1015-250-23. M157A2 Smoke Generator System (in the M1059A3) common and special tools are listed in TM 3-1040-283-20&P. M58 common and special tools for the Mechanized Smoke Obscurant System Smoke Generator are listed in TM 3-1040-285-20. Explanation of Columns Column (1) — Item Number. This number is assigned to the entry in the listing and is referenced in the Initial Setup section of the task under Tools to identify the item (e.g., “Torque wrench, (WP 0926 00, Item 78)”). Column (2) — Name. This column lists the item by noun nomenclature and other descriptive features (e.g., “Wrench set, socket, 1/4 drive”). Column (3) — National Stock Number. This is the National Stock Number (NSN) assigned to the item; use it to requisition the item. Column (4) — Part Number. Indicates the primary number used by the manufacturer (individual, company, firm, corporation, or Government activity), which controls the design and characteristics of the item by means of its engineering drawings, specifications, standards, and inspection requirements to identify an item or range of items. Column (5) — Reference. This column identifies the authorizing Supply Catalog (SC) or Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL) for items listed in this appendix. Table 1.
