TM 9-2350-277-20-6 REPLACE EXTERNAL CABLE TUBE — Continued 0905 00 INSTALLATION 1. Install new sleeve (10), two nuts (1) and (2), and adapter (3) on new tube (11). NOTE Make sure nuts, sleeves, and adapter are installed in the proper order and facing the right direction as in illustration. 2. Install adapter (7) in hull plate. Secure tube (11) to adapter with sleeve (8) and nut (6). 3. Install adapter (3) in support bracket (4). Secure with nut (1) and jam nut (2). 4. Install tube (11) on adapter (3). Secure with flared sleeve (10) and nut (9). 5. Slide tube (11) through hole in hull plate. 6. Install new adapter (12) on control valve (13). 7. Install control valve (13) on fire extinguisher cylinder (14). Secure with captive nut (15). 8. Install new nut (16) and new sleeve (17) on tube (11). 9. Route cable (5) through tube (11). Tighten nut (16) on adapter (12). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install external handle and insert (WP 0904 00). 2. Install external handle shield (WP 0901 00), (WP 0902 00), or (WP 0903 00).
