Remove screws (33), lockwasher (34), ground lead (35) from heater (21), (22), or (23). Discard lockwasher. Reinstall the screw on the heater. Re m ove four sc re ws (36), se ve n wa she rs (37), four l oc kwa she rs (38), ground l e a d (35), l oc kwa she r (39), a nd f from each operator’s heater (21), (22), and (23).
