TM 9-2350-277-20-5 REPLACE M3 NBC HEATERS AND CONTROLLERS (M113A3 AMBULANCES ONLY) — Continued 0795 00 INSTALLATION 1. Install four screws (1), eight washers (2), four new locknuts (3), and driver’s heater (4) on welded mount (5). 2. Install driver’s outlet hose (6) and driver’s inlet hose (7) on driver’s heater (4). Tighten clamps (8). 3. Install new tie straps (9) on two leads (10) and adjacent heater hose (6). 4. If removed, install two screws (11), new lockwashers (12), and bracket (13) on bulkhead. 5. Install four screws (14), eight washers (15), four new locknuts (16), and driver’s controller (17) on bracket (13). 6. Connect two leads (10) to driver’s controller (17) and driver’s heater (4). 7. Connect circuit lead 537G (18) to driver’s controller (17). 8. If removed, install four screws (19), new lockwashers (20), and brackets (21) on bulkhead. 9. Install eight screws (22), 16 washers (23), eight new locknuts (24), and two heaters (25) and (26) on two brackets (21). 10. Install forward and rear inlet hoses (27) and (28) on forward and rear heaters (25) and (26). Tighten clamps (29). 11. Install forward and rear outlet hoses (30) and (31) on forward and rear heaters (25) and (26). Tighten clamps (32). 12. Connect circuit lead 537C (33) and circuit lead 537D (34) to forward and rear heaters (25) and (26) on left side of vehicle. 0795 00-4
