If removed, install two screws (25), new lockwashers (26), washers (24), and bracket (24) on bulkhead. 12. Install four screws (25), one ground lead (21), one new lockwasher (22), seven washers (19), four new lockwashers (20), four nuts (23) and commander’s heater (4) on bracket (24). 13. Connect commander’s station outlet hose (16) and commander’s station inlet hose (17) on commander’s heater (4) and tighten clamps (15). NOTE Clean off paint on mounting surface of controller to allow the lockwasher with ground lead to make contact and positive electrical grounding. 14. Install four screws (8), one ground lead terminal (6), one new lockwasher (10), seven washers (9), four new lockwashers (10), four nuts (11), and commander’s controller (2) on engine bulkhead. 15. Connect ground lead (6), new lockwasher (7) and screw (5) on weld nut. 16. Connect two leads (3) to commander’s controller (2) and commander’s heater (4). 17. Connect lead 537A (1) to commander’s controller (2). 18. Install new straps (13) on leads (1) and (3) and adjacent hose (14). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Connect battery ground strap (WP 0337 00). 2. Adjust air purifier. See TM 3-6810-316-10. 3. Check air flow of NBC system. Follow procedures in TM 3-6680-316-10. END OF TASK 0794 00-6
