Loosen two clamps (1) and remove hose (2) with grommet (3) from manifold (4) and driver's heater (5). 20. If damaged, remove grommet (3) from hose (2). Discard grommet. 21. Loosen clamp (6) and remove hose (7) from driver's heater (5) and pull off connector (8). 22. If bracket (9) is damaged, remove two screws (10), lockwashers (11), washers (12), bracket (9) and space bracket (13) from 23. Loosen three clamps (14) and remove three hoses (15), (16), and (17) from manifold (4). 24. Remove two screws (18), four washers (19), two lockwashers (20), one clamp (21) two nuts (22), and manifold (4) from bracket (23). Discard lockwashers. Change 2 front bulkhead.
