TM 9-2350-277-20-5 REPLACE M3 NBC HEATER HOSES AND FITTINGS (M113A3 AMBULANCE ONLY) — Continued 0784 00 4. If any spring clip (4) or (9) is damaged, remove screw (12), lockwasher (13), and damaged clip from front bulkhead and top plate. Discard lockwashers. 5. Cut and remove all straps (1) securing electrical leads (2) to right inlet hoses (3) and (4). Discard straps. 6. Remove screw (5), lockwasher (6), and clamp (7) from top plate. Remove clamp from patient’s lower right inlet hose (3). Discard lockwasher. 7. Remove screw (8), lockwasher (9), and clamp (10) from top plate. Remove clamp from patient’s upper right inlet hose (4). Discard lockwasher. 8. Loosen two clamps (11) on patient’s lower right inlet hose (3). Remove hose from lower right heater (12) and Y-fitting (13). 9. Loosen two clamps (14) on patient’s upper right inlet hose (4). Remove hose from upper right heater (15) and Y-fitting (13). 10. Loosen clamp (16) on right inlet hose (17). Remove hose from Y-fitting (13). 11. Cut and remove all straps (18) securing wiring harness (19) to right inlet hose (17). Discard straps. 12. Remove four screws (20), lockwashers (21), and clamps (22) from top plate. Remove clamps from right inlet hose (17). Discard lockwashers. 13. Loosen clamp (23) on right inlet hose (17). Remove hose from air purifier (24). 14. Loosen clamp (25) on patient’s left rear outlet hose (26). Remove hose from left rear heater (27), three spring clips (28) and left bracket (29). 15. Loosen clamp (30) on patient’s left forward outlet hose (31). Remove hose from left forward heater (32), three spring clips (33) and left bracket (29). 16. If left bracket (29) is damaged, remove two screws (34), lockwashers (35), and bracket from top plate. Discard lockwashers. 0784 00-2
