INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0926 00, Item 65) M a t e r i a l s / P a r t s Lockwasher (21) P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic R e f e r e n c e s See your -10 E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Ramp lowered (see your -10) Battery ground strap disconnected (WP 0337 00) REMOVAL 1. Remove driver’s hose (1) from connector (2) and three clips (3). 2. Remove three screws (4), lockwashers (5), and clips (3) from driver’s bulkhead. Discard lockwashers. 3. Loosen clamp and remove hose (1) from air purifier (6). 4. Remove two hoses (7) from six spring clips (8) and Y-connector (9) on hose assembly (10). 5. Remove six screws (11), lockwashers (12), and clips (8) from top plate. Discard lockwashers. 6. Remove two screws (13), washers (14), and bracket (15) from top plate. 7. Loosen clamp and remove hose (10) from air purifier (6) 0783 00-1
