TM 9-2350-277-20-5 REPLACE M8A3 NBC AIR PURIFIER AND FRAME (M1059A3 ONLY) — Continued 0777 00 6. Remove 20 screws (14), 40 washers (15), 20 locknuts (16), and five mounts (13) from welded brackets (17). Discard locknuts. INSTALLATION NOTE Remove paint around mounting hole, beyond outside diameter of lockwasher. Install lockwasher against surface where paint was removed to ensure electrical grounding. 1. Attach four shock mount insulators (1) to welded brackets (2) on sponson behind driver with 16 screws (3), 32 washers (4), and 16 new locknuts (5). 2. Attach shock mount insulator (6) to welded bracket (7) mounted on side plate behind driver with four screws (8), eight washers (9), and four new locknuts (10). 3. Install air purifier frame (11) to five shock mounts (1). Secure with five screws (12), 10 washers (13), and five new locknuts (14). 4. Attach cable connector and ground cable assembly (15) to connector (16) on air purifier (17). 0777 00-2
