TM 9-2350-277-20-5 REPLACE REAR ARMOR (M113A3 ONLY) — Continued 0751 00 NOTE For proper alignment and sealing of ramp door, install washers between door and ramp hinges to keep outer edges of door flush with ramp weld, within 1/16 inch (1.5 mm). 9. Install two spacers (22), new shims (23), and two hinge halves (24) on ramp door (2). Secure with six screws (25). Hand tighten screws. 10. Install two spacers (26), new shims (27), and two hinge halves (28) on ramp (29). Secure with six screws (30). Hand tighten screws. 11. Attach lifting device to ramp door (2) and position door in ramp (29). 12. Align two hinge halves (24) with hinge halves (28). Secure with two screws (31), four washers (32), and two nuts (33). Remove lifting device and close door. 13. TIGHTEN 12 SCREWS (25)(30) TO 107-118 LB-FT (145-160 N m) TORQUE. 0751 00-7
