Place latch stop (1) on top side of armor plate (2) with two screws (3), lockwashers (4), and washers (5). Apply sealing compound to top of backing plate (6). Install backing plate under armor plate (2) and align with two screws (3). Hand tighten screws. 33. Thread jam nut (7) to end of threads on screw (8). 34. Install detent screw (8) with jam nut (7) and washer (9) into plate (2) and backing plate (6). Tighten screws (3). Do not tighten detent screw (8) with jam nut (7) yet. 0748 00-7 Change 3
