TM 9-2350-277-20-5 REPLACE COOLANT HEATER WIRING HARNESS — Continued 0735 00 9. Remove four screws (1), washers (2), harness plate (3), and coolant heater wiring harness (4) from driver’s compartment bulkhead. INSTALLATION 1. Thread terminal ground lead and coolant heater connector of wiring harness (4) through driver’s compartment bulkhead opening. 2. Install wiring harness plate (3) to driver’s compartment bulkhead. Secure with four washers (2) and screws (1). 3. Route coolant heater wiring harness along front of power plant compartment to coolant heater. Connect coolant heater connector (5) to coolant heater receptacle (6). 4. Install coolant heater wiring harness (4) and terminal ground lead (7) to mounting bracket (8). Secure with two clamps (9), screws (10), washer (11), and nuts (12). 0735 00-4
