INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0926 00, Item 65) P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (See your -10) Carrier blocked (See your -10) Coolant heater and pump unit removed (WP 0728 00) Coolant heater removed (WP 0729 00) Coolant pump removed (WP 0731 00) REMOVAL 1. Remove four screws (1), washers (2), nuts (3), and two heater saddle mounts (4) from bracket (5). INSTALLATION 1. Install saddle mounts (4) on bracket (5). Secure with four nuts (3), washers (2), and screws (1). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install coolant pump (WP 0731 00). 2. Install coolant heater (WP 0729 00). 3. Install coolant heater and pump unit (WP 0728 00). END OF TASK 0732 00-1/2 blank
