TM 9-2350-277-20-5 REPLACE IGNITER — Continued 0730 00 INSPECTION-ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION CRITERIA 1. Check ground strap. Replace igniter if strap is worn or broken. INSTALLATION 1. Install new gasket (10) and igniter (9) in heater. 2. Place resistor strap (8) on igniter (9). Secure with two nuts (7). 3. Place ground strap (6) and igniter ground lead (5) on coolant heater. Secure with new lockwasher (4) and screw (3). 4. Place cover plate (2) on end of heater. Turn cover to right and secure with four nuts (1). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install air cleaner (WP 0168 00). 2. Connect battery ground strap (WP 0337 00), (WP 0338 00), or (WP 0339 00). 3. Start heater (see your -10). Check that igniter works right. Turn heater off. 4. Close power plant access door (see your -10). 5. Raise trim vane (see your -10). END OF TASK 0730 00-2
