INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0926 00, Item 65) P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Air cleaner removed (WP 0168 00) Engine coolant heater drained (WP 0710 00) REMOVAL 1. Remove clamp (1) from hose (2) and elbow (3). Remove hose from surge tank. 2. Remove clamp (4) from hose (2) and elbow (5). Remove hose from coolant heater. INSTALLATION 1. Install hose (2) on elbow (5). Secure with clamp (4). 2. Install hose (2) on elbow (3). Secure with clamp (1). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install air cleaner (WP 0168 00). 2. Fill engine coolant heater (WP 0710 00). END OF TASK 0725 00-1/2 blank
