TM 9-2350-277-20-5 REPLACE BATTERY DRAWER INSULATION AND HEAT EXCHANGER (M1064A3 ONLY) — Continued 0719 00 6. If damaged, remove two installation sheets (16) and two insulation strips (17) from battery drawer (5). CLEANING 1. Clean heat exchanger plate with brush dipped in mixture of sodium bicarbonate. After foaming stops, flush with clean water and dry. INSPECTION-ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION CRITERIA 1. Check heat exchanger. Replace bent or cracked heat exchanger. 2. Check insulation. Replace loose, missing, or damaged strip or sheets. INSTALLATION 1. Apply sealing compound to insulation sheets. Wait 10-20 seconds until sealing compound becomes tacky. 2. If removed, install two insulation strips (1) and two insulation sheets (2) on battery drawer (3). 0719 00-2
