TM 9-2350-277-20-5 REPLACE PERSONNEL HEATER ASSEMBLY (ALL EXCEPT M1064A3) — Continued 0703 00 10. Install ground strap (12) on heater (9). Secure with two new lockwashers (13) and screw (14). 11. Tighten clamp (15) on heater exhaust pipe (16). 12. Tighten clamp (17) on heater intake pipe (18). 13. Connect heater wiring harness (19) to heater (9). 0703 00-7 Change 3
