Install three spacers (11) rubber bumper (10), two screws (8), and flat washers (9), on mounting bracket (3). 3. Install locking pin assembly (7.1), on mounting bracket (3). INSTALLATION 1. Install control handle (15), flat washer (14), new lock washer (13), and new lock nut (12) on mounting bracket (3). 4. Install mounting bracket (7) on exterior bulkhead with four washers (5), new lock washers (6) and screws (4). 5. Install mounting bracket (3) on exterior bulkhead with three washers (2) and screws (1). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install mortar base. See TM 9-1015-250-10. END OF TASK
