If removed, apply thin coat of adhesive to pads (9)(10)(11) and bracket (3) or pads (8) and retainer (4). Press pads firmly in place on mounting surface. 2. Place strap (7) on bulkhead bracket. Secure with pin (6) and new cotter pin (5). Align retainer (4) and bracket (3) on rear bulkhead. Secure with four washers (2) and screws (1). END OF TASK 0614 00-2
