INSTALLATION NOTE Procedures for repairing left and right sprocket wheels are the same. 1. Place two rubber cu shions (7 ) on sprocket wheel (8). Center short flat areas between mounting holes in sprocket wheel rim. Press on rubber cushions until firmly seated against flange of carriers. 2. Install two rings (6 ), two sprockets (5 ), and 20 new self -locking screws (4 ) on sprocket wheel (8). 3. TIGHTEN 20 SCREWS (1) TO 110 -115 LB -FT (149 -156 N∙m) TORQUE.
