INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0926 00, Item 65) M a t e r i a l s / P a r t s Locknut Locknut Lockwasher Tablock washer (2) P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic R e f e r e n c e s See your -10 E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Commander’s platform removed (WP 0559 00) Rifle rack removed (WP 0612 00) REMOVAL 1. Remove two screws (1) and tablock washers (2) from base of post assembly (3). Discard tablock washers. 2. Remove locknut (4), washer (5), screw (6), and link (7) from hull top plate brackets. Discard locknut. 3. Remove seat and post (3) from carrier. 4. Remove locknut (8), washer (9), link (7), and screw (10) from post (3). Discard locknut. 5. Remove screw (11), lockwasher (12), and nut (13) from post (3). Discard lockwasher. 6. Unlock seat lock. Remove seat assembly (14) from post (3). 0561 00-1
