TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPLACE RAMP LINKAGE (M113A3 AND M1059A3 ONLY) — Continued 0526 00 8. Bend back tab corner and remove screw (15), square washer (16), and catch (17) from ramp. Discard square washer. INSTALLATION 1. Place catch (17) on ramp. Secure with new square washer (16) and screw (15). TIGHTEN SCREW TO 60-70 LB-FT (81-95 N m) TORQUE. Bend corner of square washer to lock screw. 2. For hex shaped rod, install nut (13), new key washer (12), and clevis (14) on right-hand threaded end of rod (9). Do not bend tabs on key washer until lock adjustment (Step 9). 3. Install ﬂat shaped rod (8) or hex shaped rod (9) in welded brackets. As rod passes through each bracket, install three bumpers (10) on ﬂat shaped rod (8), or three bushings (11) on hex shaped rod (9). 4. Place bracket (7) on hull top plate. Install two washers (6) and screws (5). Do not tighten screws until lock adjustment (Step 9). 0526 00-3 Change 2
