TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPLACE RAMP DOOR HANDLES AND SHAFT — Continued 0519 00 ADJUSTMENT NOTE When adjusted right, door handle will have no end play. Ramp door should be flush with ramp in the closed position. 1. Remove handles (1) and (2) from ramp (3) (Steps 2 - 5). 2. Remove or install washer(s) (4) and (5) on shaft of handle (1) from inside and outside ramp (3) to obtain proper fit. NOTE Install washer(s) (4) on inside and washer(s) (5) on outside of ramp up to a maximum of nine at each position. 3. Install handles (1) and (2) on ramp (Steps 1 - 4). 4. Repeat steps as often as needed to obtain right adjustment. FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Open and close ramp door to check that ramp door handles are installed right. 2. Perform chalk test (WP 0155 00page 5c). END OF TASK 0519 00-3/4 blank
