TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPLACE RAMP DOOR HANDLES AND SHAFT — Continued 0519 00 INSTALLATION 1. Install new preformed packing (15), washer(s) (14), and shaft (8) on ramp (16). 2. Install outside handle (13) on shaft (8). Secure with two washers (12), new lockwashers (11), and screws (10). 3. Install key (9) on shaft (8). 4. Install inside washer(s) (6), spacer (7), and inside handle (5) on shaft (8). Secure with new locknut (4). NOTE Make sure key fits properly into inside handle. 5. Align door lock (3) and two washers (2) with mount on ramp (16). Secure with pin (1). 6. Adjust ramp door handles (Steps 1 - 4). 0519 00-2
