TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPLACE LEFT SIDE SPALL LINERS (M113A3 ONLY) — Continued 0505 00 NOTE Install rear shield on left track first and alternate the other three shields. There should be two shields on each track. 7. Install four shields (1) and position them to the rear. 8. Install lower front track (2) on hull. Secure with five screws (3) and washers (4). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO 32-34 LB-FT (43-46 N•m) TORQUE. 9. Install lower front track (2) on support (5). Secure with five screws (6) and washers (7). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO 32-34 LB-FT (43-46 N•m) TORQUE. 10. Install upper front track (8) on hull. Secure with 12 screws (9) and washers (10). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO 32-34 LB-FT (43-46 N•m) TORQUE. 11. Realign shields (1) to overlap. FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install quick release pins and plates (WP 0506 00). 2. Start engine (see your -10). 3. Raise and lock ramp (see your -10). 4. Stop engine (see your -10). END OF TASK 0505 00-6
