INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0926 00, Item 65) Torque Wrench (WP 0926 00, Item 85) P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic Helper (H) R e f e r e n c e s See your -10 E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Ramp lowered (see your -10) Quick release pins and plates removed (WP 0506 00) REMOVAL 1. Position four shields (1) to rear of carrier. 2. Remove 12 screws (2) and washers (3) from upper front track (4). Remove track from hull. NOTE If upper front track needs to be replaced, do Step 3. 3. Loosen screw (5), and slide stop assembly (6) off end of upper front track (4). 4. Remove five screws (7) and washers (8) from lower front track (9) and support (10). 0504 00-1
