TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPLACE COMMANDER’S HATCH CUSHIONING PAD AND HANDLE (M577A3 AND M1068A3 ONLY) — Continued 0500 00 CLEANING CLEANING, INSPECTION, AND REPAIR 1. Clean cushioning pad with soap and water. Dry with clean cloth. 2. Check handle. Replace cracked or damaged handle. 3. Check pad. Replace cut, broken, or hard pad. INSTALLATION 1. Install pad (7) in commander’s hatch opening. Secure with six washers (6), new lockwashers (5), and screws (4). 2. Place handle (3) on hull ceiling. Secure with two new lockwashers (2) and screws (1). END OF TASK 0500 00-2
