INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0926 00, Item 65) P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic R e f e r e n c e s See your -10 E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) REMOVAL 1. Remove two screws (1), washers (2), and brake assembly (3) from commander’s cupola. INSTALLATION 1. Align brake assembly (3) with holes in commander’s cupola. Secure with two washers (2) and screws (1). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Tighten brake. Check that brake can slow and stop cupola movement (see your -10). END OF TASK 0492 00-1/2 blank
