TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPLACE COMMANDER’S CUPOLA VISION BLOCK LOCKS AND SEALS (M113A3 AND M1059A3, M58 ONLY) — Continued 0490 00 INSTALLATION NOTE Surface on seal marked BOND THIS SIDE should be glued to cupola. 1. Apply adhesive to cleaned mating surfacearound vision block opening. Allow adhesive to become tacky. Install new seal (5) on cupola. 2. Install arm (2) and washer (4) in cupola bracket. Secure with new spring pin (3). 3. Install thumbscrew (1) in arm (2). Deform first thread of thumbscrew to prevent easy removal. FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install vision block (see your -10).
