INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0926 00, Item 65) M a t e r i a l s / P a r t s Adhesive (WP 0928 00, Item 4) Gasket P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic R e f e r e n c e s See your -10 E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Turbine access door removed (WP 0485 00) REMOVAL 1. Remove gasket (1) from carrier. Discard gasket. INSTALLATION 1. Apply adhesive to cleaned mating surfaces. Trim gasket if needed. 2. Install new gasket (1) with gasket seam positioned nearest carrier top plate. FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install turbine access door (WP 0485 00). END OF TASK 0486 00-1/2 blank
