TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPLACE CARGO HATCH COVER (M113A3 AND M1059A3 ONLY) — Continued 0479 00 REMOVAL WARNING Hatch cover may spring up and injure you. Open hatch cover and support in vertical position. 1. Remove two screws (1), washers (2), bracket (3), and shim(s) (4) from hull top plate. 2. Support cover (5). Remove 10 springs (6), shield (7), two fiber washers (8), and cover (5) from hinge brackets. 3. Remove two screws (9), washers (10), bracket (11), and shim(s) (12) from hull top plate. 4. Remove locknut (13) and screw (14) from cover (5). Discard locknut. 0479 00-2 Change 2
