TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REMOVE/INSTALL POWER PLANT GRILLE — Continued 0465 00 WARNING The grille assembly will swing when screws are removed. To avoid injury, do not stand in front of or behind grille assembly. Damaged lifting slings can fail with load. Soldiers can be killed or injured. Inspect all slings before use. Do not use damaged slings. Grill and access cover are very heavy. Use extreme caution when lifting, blocking, and lowering assembly. Allowing assembly to fall could cause death or injury. C A U T I O N To prevent damage to fan, radiator, and elbows, lower grille onto wood blocks or suitable frame that will support edge of grille. Use chain and lifting device capable of lifting and holding 2000 lbs (908 kg) securely. The power plant door is heavy. If necessary, use extra helpers and straps/chains to guide and control power plant door. 2. Remove two screws (2) and locknuts (3) from two lugs on grille (1). Discard locknuts. 0465 00-2
