ASSEMBLY 1. Install release assembly (7) in trim vane (17). Secure with two plates (3), six screws (4), and new locknuts (16). 2. Install upper stiffener (1) on trim vane (17). Secure with five screws (2) and new locknuts (18). 3. Install lower stiffener (12) on trim vane (17). Secure with seven screws (10) and new locknuts (11). 4. Install two hinges (14) on lower stiffener (12). Secure with two screws (13) and new locknuts (15). 5. Install three bumpers (5) with six washers (6) on trim vane (17).
