TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPLACE HULL FRONT ACCESS COVER — Continued 0449 00 INSTALLATION 1. If gasket is being replaced, apply a thin coat of adhesive to one side of new gasket and allow to dry 20-40 minutes. Apply thin coat of adhesive to cleaned bottom side of cover. Allow to dry 30-120 seconds. 2. Position gasket (4) on cleaned bottom side of cover (3). Align mounting holes in cover and gasket. 3. Secure cover (3) and gasket (4) to hull with four screws (1) and washers (2). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO 40-50 LB-FT (54-68 N m) TORQUE. FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Raise trim vane (see your -10).
