TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPLACE DRIVER’S POWER PLANT ACCESS PANEL — Continued 0441 00 INSTALLATION 1. Install four spacers (1) on hull. Secure with four screws (2). 2. Install four clamps (3), washers (4), T-bolts (5), and new cotter pins (6). 3. If new seal (7) is needed, install on panel (8). Bend support to secure seal to panel. WARNING Carbon monoxide gas is deadly poison. Play it safe! Make sure power plant access panels are closed tight before you start engine. 4. Install driver’s access panel (8) in hull. Secure by tightening four T-bolts (5) and clamps (3). 5. Make sure panel seals hull opening to prevent carbon monoxide leaks. FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Start engine (see your -10). 2. Check for exhaust leaks around panel seals. 3. Stop engine (see your -10). END OF TASK 0441 00-3/4 blank
