TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPLACE PUSH-PULL CONTROL ASSEMBLY, BRACKET, LINKS, AND PINS (CABLE-ACTIVATED LOCK) — Continued 0429 00 13. Rotate steering wheel 30 degrees in either direction. Hold steering wheel in this position. 14. Place transmission controller in SL position. 15. Turn MASTER SWITCH ON (see your -10). 16. Observe that STEERING LOCKED warning light is off (see your -10). 17. If STEERING LOCKED warning light comes on, loosen two screws (1) that secure bracket (2) to steering wheel housing (3). 18. Slide bracket (2) away from steering wheel until STEERING LOCKED warning light goes out. 19. Tighten two screws (1) that secure bracket (2) to steering wheel housing (3). 20. Center steering wheel. Steering wheel should lock. 21. STEERING LOCKED warning light should turn on (see your -10). 22. Turn MASTER SWITCH OFF (see your -10). 23. Place transmission controller in R position (see your -10). 24. Rotate steering wheel in both directions. There should be no interference. If there is, repeat Step 9 and Step 10.
